What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect only the data you provide: name, email, message and, optionally, phone, company and service of interest.

We do not collect special categories of data nor use the form to build marketing profiles.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to reply to your enquiry and follow up on any pre-contractual steps you request (for example, preparing a proposal).

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Processors

To deliver the form email we use the Resend service, acting as an email delivery processor. The form data is transmitted to this service for that purpose only.

Retention

We keep your contact data only for as long as needed to reply and manage the resulting relationship. If no work goes ahead, we delete the data once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its erasure or restriction, and object to processing and to portability, under the GDPR.
